At 219.5 meters above Dubai, the Sky Views observatory features a stunning 25m-long glass floor and provides exceptional views of the Burj Khalifa and the city of Dubai. Overview

Sky Views offers unique adrenaline-raising experiences introduced for the first time in the region, including an outdoor glass slide propelling visitors from level 53 at 219.5 m to level 52 at 215.5 m while enclosed in a transparent glass tube. Another first in the region, the Edge Walk, is a thrilling air-walk experience allowing visitors to step onto the external perimeter in a hands-free walk taking in the sweeping views of Burj Khalifa while defying gravity.

– Please note minors under 18 years of age require consent from their parents in person.
– Weight requirement for the glass slide experience is 50 to 100 kg.
– Height requirement for this experience is between 130 – 210 cm.

Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View, the latest addition to The Address Hotels & Resorts five-star luxury brand. Tower 1, entry point next to resident entrance.
Adjacent to the Dubai Metro and the public walkway system and situated at the junction near Sheikh Zayed Road and The Dubai Mall, Sky Views is a conveniently accessible landmark.

Overview

Visitors to The View will start their journey at the roof plaza of Nakheel Mall, where they will find an interactive museum and gallery dedicated to the creation of the spectacular Palm Jumeirah. From there, an elevator, complete with a floor-to-ceiling digital sea, sand and sky experience, will take them on a 45-second ascent to the observatory at the top of The Palm Tower, where they can marvel at the island beneath them, and enjoy breath-taking views of the incredible surroundings. From the Nakheel Mall Rooftop visitors can buy gifts for their loved ones or a little something for themselves to remember the experience by. Once guests have descended back to the ground, they have a chance to refuel at The View Café.

•Ticket holders should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the time shown on the ticket.
•Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during their visit to The View and their visit shall be at this adult’s and/or their guardian’s risk.
•No outside food or beverages are allowed at The View.
•Large bags, shopping bags and/or strollers must be kept in lockers located near The View entrance. •The entire The View experience in Level 52 is wheelchair accessible while The View Next Level experience in Level 54 is accessible by stairs.
•All of our products are operated in line with local Covid-19 legislation requirements.
